Did the job

Cayenne pepper tincture is my family’s go-to when congestion takes up residence in the throat. This tincture worked well. One small splash in a cup of water or broth kept my throat feeling clean from morning to afternoon, and a second cup from noon until evening. It made my cold a lot less miserable.

At first I was iffy on buying this tincture, however I have been using this in my coffee at least 5-6 drops and Im good to go. Love it! Pairs wonderfully. Have also used this for muscle and joint pains topically...we used the Raw body butter and up to 8 drops of the Cayenne. Massaged into the skin. Pain was at a 6 within 30 mins that pain subsided.
