We very rarely have 3 types of raw honey at the same time and here is your chance to try the 3 recent harvests!
Honeybees bring in seasonal honey and it all depends on what is blooming and the amount of pollen and nectar that they can collect and bring back to the hives.
Saw Palmetto is our largest harvest but it sells quickly to then move on to the Winter wildflower with Brazilian Pepper and then on to Spring. All of our honey harvests contain wildflowers but there is always a dominant flower with each harvest.
This Sample Tower includes:
Dark Honey - Saw Palmetto/Spring ( Bold, woodsy )
Medium Honey - Brazilian Pepper / Winter ( A sweet bitter, not peppery )
Light Honey - Florida Date Palm / Spring ( Light, high nectar sugar, floral )
Each sample comes in a 2 oz glass jar with metal one piece screw lid. This tower is secured, tied with bee ribbon and with a tag. Each jar is appropriate for airline travel if kept in original wrapper with label.
I loved trying the different honeys. First, they are very appealing to your eyes with the different shades, and the differences in taste are really interesting. Very hard to pick a favorite. I really recommend this chance to sample the differences.
