We wild harvest native American Beauty Berry that is organically grown and harvested early in the morning when the antioxidants are most concentrated. It is then steeped and cold extracted for one month to allow us to create a beautiful rich magenta vinegar.
American Beauty Berry is naturally high in antioxidants, offers vitamin C, and essential minerals.
This vinegar is a white wine base with subtle floral notes from the berry that are similar to hibiscus. No sugar or other additives and completely all natural.
There are many recipes for marinades, sauces and vinaigrettes to be made and if your looking for a sweetness, then you may consider adding raw honey or stevia extract as you use the vinegar.
This product will arrive in a 2 ounce square glass bottle with tight screw top lid. Shelf life will be approximately 6 months, maybe longer. The magenta coloring will fade after time and it is best to keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
