Local pick up is offered to allow you to come and collect your order from our front gate at your convenience.
This is a no contact service and is available 6 days (Excluding Sunday).
Our website sends an automated message to you when we have both received and completed your order.
Once you place your order, please reach out to us on Facebook Messenger to say hello. We will respond when your order is complete and ready for pick up. It is necessary to arrange a specific pick up time with a 1 hour window. This allows us to stagger the activity at the front gate and to prevent damage to heat sensitive products such as balms, syrup and creams.
We enjoy our private conversations with you on Facebook Messenger but if you are not signed up with Facebook, then we will contact you from the information that you have provided us such as a phone number to "text" or an email.
A bag with your name on it will be placed in the left hand compartment inside the yellow wooden gate pickup-box. Just pull into the driveway at the gate, open up the gate box and collect your bag.
