Florida Sea Grape Jelly

We are offering a one time batch of our Florida Sea Grape Jelly.

These sea grapes were collected by hand daily in the morning after they ripened on the tree. Our sea grape tree was grown from seed and continuously organically grown. Collecting these berries were very labor intensive as well as being able to collect enough to extract the juice.  Definitely a labor of love!

The berries are extremely sweet with plumb like notes. A gorgeous jelly that would pair well with brie, white cheese, goats cheese and several fruits.   It makes a gorgeous topping for toast, french bread, yogurt and oatmeal. Use it to create an original vinaigrette, dressing, glaze, marinade or sauce.

It is  illegal to collect sea grapes from coastal public lands in Florida because they are a protected species that helps prevent beach erosion. You may only harvest them from private property if you have the owner's explicit permission. With that said, this is a very rare treat that cannot be purchased in the stores and most do not have access to this coastal berry.

If your looking for something rare and unusual, this jelly will fit the bill and most definitely impress the crowd!

We are offering 8 oz/ 1/2 pint jars that will keep in the pantry for up to one year unopened. Once they are opened, please store in the fridge. The are made with traditional hot water process to preserve and create a shelf stable product.
Ingredients include organic sea grapes, natural pectin, lemon and organic sugar.

We hope that you will enjoy this rare treat!!
