Tincture - Cinnamon ( Ceylon )

Our family has been using this cinnamon tincture for many years. We use it daily in our coffee to assist with leveling blood sugar and to give us a bit more energy for the day. It has shown to help prevent the afternoon slump and to balance the blood sugar.  Several of our clients have claimed a gradual weight loss when taking this tincture on a regular basis.

Clinical evidence is mounting that true cinnamon can improve the body’s sensitivity to insulin, which equates to better blood sugar control and a reduction in circulating levels of insulin. This is important because too much insulin can signal your body to store any unused sugar as fat!. It is the polyphenols in true cinnamon, such as hydroxychalcone, that are thought to make cells more receptive to insulin so that they can better manage those blood sugar highs and lows. Studies also show that true cinnamon can slow the emptying of the stomach after meals, which reduces blood sugar spikes.

This is a tasty tincture that can be added to coffee or herbal tea. It actually helps flavor your beverages and helps to reduce the need to add sugar for sweetness.

Cinnamon additionally can assist with the circulatory system and help with cold hands and feet.

One German study showed that Cinnamon "suppresses completely" the cause of most urinary-tract infections (Escherichia coli bacteria) and the fungus responsible for vaginal yeast infections (Candida albicans).

A tincture is a liquid concentrated extract that is made from herbs to be ingested as a supplement to utilize that herbs beneficial properties.  It is a quick and easy way to use herbs to assist with healing or as a preventative.

Tinctures have been proven to work faster, last longer and are stronger than most other forms of herbal supplements.
