Anxiety Support Herbal Tea

In stressful times, nothing can compare to a nice cup of herbal tea and a little quiet time! Chamomile has always been a traditional gentle calming tea but we have taken it to the next level with creating a blend of supportive herbs to help with anxiety. 

Anxiety can show up differently for each person. It can cause insomnia, headaches, irritability, breathing problems, flushing of the skin, high blood pressure and extreme fatigue for no physical reason.

This tea is blended in house with fresh dried organic herbs such as chamomile (Matricaria recutita), moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera) , passion flower leaf (Passiflora incarnata) and lavender buds (lavandula).

Chamomile has  been used therapeutically for hundreds of years, and it’s most commonly used to help people calm down and relieve stomach issues.

Moringa leaf as per the "Archives of Medicine & Health Sciences" , is an antimicrobial, anti inflammatory and is a powerful antioxidant. The most important benefit is that is has been proven to help reduce oxidation. Oxidative stress plays an important role as one of the causes of anxiety.  Moringa has been shown to significantly increase blood antioxidant level when used daily over 3 months.

Passion flower  is used in combination with the above herbs that help it to synergize and supports anxiety. It appears to boost the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain.

Lavender....well, most of us already know all about lavender and how it relaxes and calms the mind and body. We have just enough in this blend to take the edge off and not make you sleepy.

All together, this tea blend additionally supports liver health, could ease gastritis, it is high in vitamin B and iron.

We recommend to use this tea as needed but no more than 4 cups per day. Not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, before surgical procedures, use pharmaceutical sleeping pills, a severe diabetic and not for young children. This tea could lower blood pressure.  Always do your research when using alternative care.

Steep 1 tablespoon of this herb blend in one cup of very hot water ( 4-6oz ) for 8-10 minutes while covered.  Strain and enjoy hot or iced with raw honey and stevia.

Each pouch makes 10 full cups of herbal tea.
