The Boo-ster shot is a super concentrated combination of beneficial herbs with a boost of American Ginseng. This is meant to use as a booster for the immune system and especially just before traveling, cold/flu season or participating in a large group setting.
You will receive a 1 ounce glass vial with cork and it can be consumed diluted or undiluted and is a 5 serving concentrate. We recommend 1 teaspoon per dose and is being used as a short term "draught". If you are sensitive to taste, then it should be diluted in a glass of water or other beverage. Shake well with each use.
An herbal draught is a short term or single dose preparation that is a super concentrate of medicinal beneficial herbs and natural ingredients.
Ingredients - Elderberry, rose hip, hibiscus, lavender, aloe vera, raw honey and 2ml of American Ginseng.
The American Ginseng ( Panax quinquefolius) was hand selected fresh by us, in Canada and brought back to our facility to then be extracted. It has been extracting for a total of 10 months and is extremely potent. You will be able to tell its slight peppery after taste.
"American" ginseng is an adaptogen and can help the body cope with stress, improve energy levels, reduce fatigue and enhance the immune system. American and European studies have found American ginseng to offer a large list of benefits when taken in fresh form that includes anti cancer properties, improving cognitive function, regulating blood sugar, promoting heart health, relieving menopausal symptoms, enhancing sexual function, reducing anxiety and depression.
Dosing - We recommend 1 tsp per serving but it is safe to consume the entire bottle in one serving. Each person has their own tolerance and needs to be taken in consideration. You can divide the amount in the bottle, into 2 servings, or follow the more gentle recommendation. This product is not for children, do not use while breast feeding or pregnant. If you are on any medications, please take care to research any contradictions.
We recommend to store in the fridge once you receive the product but can be safely left out on the counter for short term. Shake before using. Total shelf life is 90 days.
