We occasionally offer a seasonal elderberry jam, blueberry, strawberry, wild grape and other local fruits that are homemade here in our kitchen lab.
We are blessed to have our own wild native elderberries that offer us a bumper crop during the warmer wet season. With the extra berries, we are able to offer up a rich jam that is made with our berries and raw organic cane sugar. We also have wild blueberries, blackberries, huckleberries, grapes and other Florida native fruit and berries.
Farms nearby also grow peaches, strawberries and blueberries!
Our jam and jelly is traditionally made with No additives, no corn syrup, no added flavoring or preservatives. These jars are hot processed for stability and can be stored in the pantry for 12 to 18 months. Once the jar is opened and the seal is released, then it will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
Jams are made with whole fruit including skin, pulp and seeds. Seeds are natural on strawberries, blackberries and elderberry that are very tiny and edible. Jams are textured with pieces of fruit.
We offer traditional 8 oz volume glass jars with metal screw top lids.
