Extra layer of protection

I use my echinacea tincture only when I think I have been exposed to germs or if I start to feel under the weather. I use it for a few days to a week, I have not been sick in over 4 years of using a combination of Oakwood Natural Living tinctures.

Cold fighter

My husband and I both had colds and I started this right away (along with the elderberry tincture I take daily) and mine cold was better 2 days before him. I would say this did it's job!
