It's also packed with antioxidants, substances that can protect cells from damage and may boost your immune system. Moringa supports lowering cholesterol and excellent for heart health.
Peppermint pairs very well with Moringa leaf and is a traditional remedy for a number of conditions. It is believed to have calming effects. It is used to treat flatulence, menstrual pains, diarrhea, nausea, depression-related anxiety, muscle and nerve pain, the common cold, indigestion, and IBS. Peppermint improves circulation, heart health and helps with lowering cholesterol.

Use 1 Tbs per 4- 6 oz of very hot water, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add lemon, honey or stevia to enhance the flavor.
Drink up to 4 cups daily.
10 Tbs or 1 ounce total in each bag.
Note - Due to the mint, people with gastrointestinal reflux, inflammation or ulcers need to take great care. Women who are breastfeeding should not drink peppermint herbal tea or blends with peppermint due to possible decrease in milk. Moringa herb should NOT be consumed while pregnant but is excellent during post postpartum and while breastfeeding.
