Made with our own organic calendula oil that is created in house, organic raw unrefined mango butter, organic sunflower, hand harvested raw beeswax, organic jojoba and organic arrow root.

Calendula officinalis is a plant within the family Asteraceae. Calendula flowers offer bright petals, usually yellow or orange, growing 1-2 feet tall. In addition to being used in teas and foods, Calendula is best known for its medicinal uses. The flower is widely used as a medicinal plant with antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties that make it a strong ingredient for healing.
Calendula has also been found to assist in slowing the development of wrinkles. The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in Calendula have been found to significantly protect against oxidative stress in human skin cells.
We have combined our Calendula with Mango. Mango butter contains vitamin A, an antioxidant that stimulates the skin's natural renewal process. It encourages the skin to produce new, healthy skin cells, improves the skin's texture and elasticity, and protects the skin against damage caused by UV radiation. What a great combo!
Organic Sunflower oil, with its high amount of Vitamin E, has antioxidants that help with premature aging and wrinkles, keeping your skin looking young and fresh. Sunflower oil also contains linoleic acid, which helps your skin retain moisture.
Our raw beeswax is very beneficial and its blended with jojoba, a thinner wax that is very close to our own skins natural oils. These two ingredients are what locks in all of the goodness from both the mango and the calendula flower.
Arrowroot is a natural plant starch and is super safe, has a silky texture and works as a thickener, absorbs access oils and offers healing benefits without clogging pores.
We recommend this product as a body moisturizer but it can absolutely be slathered on the face and neck. It has many uses and can be applied for diaper rash, razor burn, eye brow moisturizer, split ends, under eyes or even used as a hair pomade if the texture works for you. Its skin calming properties will work nicely for eczema and even hives. Use it to moisturize after bathing or to help cool a sun or wind burn.
The natural scent is only from the ingredients and its a light soft natural floral that is not overwhelming and tolerated by the most sensitive noses.
The Calendula Butter is made with very high quality ingredients and comes in a 2 oz and a 4 oz screw top plastic jar, has a 1yr + shelf life and very concentrated.
You only need a little at a time to do a good job and will offer many applications. Keep away from heat as it will liquefy if left out in hot temperatures. It will re-solidify when put safely back inside but could alter the consistency and potency.
