Banana Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

Unbelievably simple and super healthy!

Ingredients:

2 medium ripe bananas (mash them)

1 cup of quick oats

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Combine mashed bananas with oats in a mixing bowl, then fold in the nuts.

Place a tablespoon sized scoop on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  Use parchment paper if you want easy clean up.  Makes about 10 cookies.
