The Lymph Support Tincture offers a combination of dandelion root, calendula flower, chickweed, cleavers, elderflower and chrysanthemum flower.
Cooling herbs support the lymphatic system by helping to reduce inflammation, reducing congestion, and promoting the smooth flow of lymph fluids.
Dandelion promotes the elimination of toxins, enhances liver function and helps to prevent lymphatic stagnation.
Chickweed acts as a gentle cleanser, helps to reduce swelling and break up congestion. This herb is very useful for swollen lymph nodes and other glands.
Cleavers is a well known lymph mover to assist with congestion, swelling and encourage fluid movement.
Calendula is known for its soothing and anti inflammatory properties.
Elderflower supports the lymphatic system and helps to reduce swollen lymph nodes. It reduces congestion, supports the immune system and is anti inflammatory
Chrysanthemum is very detoxifying and additionally reduces the swelling of lymph nodes, is anti inflammatory, reduces heat within the body and promotes lymphatic drainage.
The best time to use this tincture is on an empty stomach or between meals for optimal absorption. For adults, use 1 full dropper full 1-4 times per day in a glass of water or juice. When starting this new tincture, use only 30 drops (1 dropper full ) for the first day to see how your body responds. Gradually increase the dosage IF needed over the next few days. For active support, we recommend to use this tincture for 2-4 weeks and then take a break for 1-2 weeks to allow the body to reset.
Note - Please do not double down with other "single" tinctures, that contain the same herb/herbs while using this particular blend.
